The leader (National head credit and collection) so corrupted, too much politics, favouring to person who they like and they target who they don't like, they will ensure that person they put down the paper they give unnecessary pressure, humiliation infront of others and unachievable task...it's full master game plan to exit from the company...

Globally Hilti is very good company. Asia Pacific region management is very much aligned with global policy and process but Indian Management is working completely as per their discretion bypassing Asia Pacific Management. Focusing on their personal KPI only
