HTSI was founded couple of years back and since that time it's been driven by Indian which is one of the biggest reason which no one likes. Everyone is on management radar. Lots of micro management on the floor. One of the service driven by Global Logic peoples in which most of resources are getting insulted on floor infront of every one which management is not aware about. If you are favorite and close to these people then only you will get recognition else how much you work for them is of no value. Everything is biased. Globally Hilti is very good company. Asia Pacific region management is very much aligned with global policy and process but Indian Management is working completely as per their discretion bypassing Asia Pacific Management. Focusing on their personal KPI only

National Head credit and collection and AR controller is very much biased. They have made their own lobby and want tthe team to clap for them. No planning for non lobby team members. Promotes only lobby wala team members.
