There is nothing to like apart from the occasional parties they throw to attract young college students.

Everything. If you will join this organisation you will learn how to manage office politics and buttering only. Recently they have asked their Strategy and Operations team to write down a documents called Opera in their org, to their CEO on why do you deserve to be in HighRadius. Pitiful place.

I appreciate the work culture at HighRadius, where open communication is encouraged, and even junior team members are empowered to ask questions and share their ideas with senior management without hesitation. The environment fosters a sense of boldness and transparency, allowing for meaningful contributions at all levels of the organization.

Dislikes

There is a noticeable difference in management styles between the USA and India. In India, there tends to be a closer relationship between senior management and HR, which can sometimes lead to a lack of support for junior employees facing challenges. Favoritism appears to influence decisions, often disregarding the contributions of hardworking individuals. If you are a fresh college grad, and looking for a job, this is a decent company. Note that, I am calling it decent solely because of the starting salary they offer which is around 8 lpa. Apart from the salary, there aren't many good things to talk about this company. They have this policy of office parties every quarter and moderately frequent team outings - if this interests you.

Firstly, the management lacks a clear direction. Policies change what feels like every 2 months in the name of a "Fast-paced culture". Honestly, it feels like they are rolling out changes and performing Beta testing on their employees. To them, the customer is God - this isn't necessarily a bad thing but it comes at the cost of employee's Work-Life balance. No one will directly ask you to work overtime, but indirectly, deadlines will be set in a way, you will be forced to work overtime as well as on weekends. At times, you won't even get allocation for projects you are supporting as Project Managers will ask you for favours. Promotions used to be good about 2 years ago. But now they have rolled out Auto pH (appraisal) where your KPIs are directly tied to your Project's success. In theory, this sounds good, but in reality, your KPIs get penalized even for client-ended shortcomings such as low adoption or client-ended delays. They boast a lot about how "transparent" this new system is, and how it removes "human biases" but, in reality, whatever rating you get is carved in stone. They will ask you to write a "Challenge Opera" if you feel your rating is incorrect, but it's a waste of time, as the outcome won't change. They will use their "corporate MBA terminologies" to counter your arguments and shut you off. Overall, there are several other shortcomings, but I only recommend this company to fresh college grads and I recommend them to switch within max 1-1.5 years after gaining a decent enough experience....Read More

Colleagues are great. Everyone is stuck in the same boat and understand the pain of working in a toxic environment. Growth is good in terms of designation and salary

Dislikes

Zero processes and policies in place to understand the employee concerns and day to day challenges faced in projects. Too much infighting and mud slinging. No clear path for people to actually learn about the domain.
