There is a noticeable difference in management styles between the USA and India. In India, there tends to be a closer relationship between senior management and HR, which can sometimes lead to a lack of support for junior employees facing challenges. Favoritism appears to influence decisions, often disregarding the contributions of hardworking individuals. Only company which is rated the least in all companies in hyderabad, they hire and fire , most bad CEO ever on this earth, he recently fired CTO and CFO and so many senior leaders - The ratings in apps like Ambition box and glass door speaks for worst job security, every day people sleep and wake up with fear of losing their job

There is nothing to like apart from the occasional parties they throw to attract young college students.

Everything. If you will join this organisation you will learn how to manage office politics and buttering only. Recently they have asked their Strategy and Operations team to write down a documents called Opera in their org, to their CEO on why do you deserve to be in HighRadius. Pitiful place.

The CEO and CPO are friends from their college time and the company only runs as per their own rules and thinking, and for that they can fire anyone who are not there puppet.
