Highradius has good product, but development and support, both are bad. Implementation is complex and sales oversell. Marketing team is good and snow is a mistake

In a short term, because of the pressure, you might learn a-lot in a very short interval. But be careful as mental and physical health are important as well. The environment there is always in pressure.

HR team hold the power to manage the whole organisation, however here the HR team constitute of gossip queens who instead of listening to the problems and handling the situation professionally, primarily focuses on events and fun. Hence the sales and marketing prg lacks professionalism and there's too much of micro management.. Not proper utilisation of stills.
