they try to fit everyone into same bucket - almost same ratings, hikes, etc Bad performing lateral hire gets paid more than a dedicated campus hire (same experience)

I appreciate the work culture at HighRadius, where open communication is encouraged, and even junior team members are empowered to ask questions and share their ideas with senior management without hesitation. The environment fosters a sense of boldness and transparency, allowing for meaningful contributions at all levels of the organization.

Dislikes

There is a noticeable difference in management styles between the USA and India. In India, there tends to be a closer relationship between senior management and HR, which can sometimes lead to a lack of support for junior employees facing challenges. Favoritism appears to influence decisions, often disregarding the contributions of hardworking individuals. To improve this, management should implement more robust and accurate KPIs that would enhance employee morale rather than cause frustration....Read More
