No job security If you are a QA, you will not know what hit you and you'll be out before you know it The dev's will do the testing, you can't be creative and your input will not matter much if your manager doesn't like you

Good for learning if you are in the correct department as a developer , luckily i was in that stack . so learnt a lot. Flexible work hours. No issue with taking leaves
