- work life balance : you are expected to work like a brainless zombie - company policies : doesn't make any sense . Makes you feel like you're either in kindergarten or a prison - evaluation criteria : like schools you are expected to score good in quizzes post trainings and write meeting summaries as your basic evaluation criteria . Your standard of work , no matter how great you are will not be considered at all , but if you do poorly in your job but write a good meeting summary , you are a great employee apparently. Food : Serves you hostel mess quality food in the cafeteria . Dinner timings are such that you won't even be able to have your dinner because of call timings Leadership is unaware of what the managers of the internal teams are doing and really good employees are suffering due to unfair discrimination and favouritism. The company does not even have a learning and development team to conduct trainings and a lot of new joiners find themselves scrambling for learning the products and are then laid off if they cannot learn fast .
