Hustle comes at the cost of your mental wellbeing and you are rarely compensated properly for your work. Eg: During appraisals I was told I deserve 1 rating (highest) but for leadership it is 2 as there are only handful of 1s can be given out. So even if you work your a** off you will not get the rating you deserve.
