Starts with management one of the terrible magangement and toxic managers. Transportation team is really challenging and can give you hard time whenver they want and you can't complain about it. Work-culture is very toxic worst policies are there you can't get ill or else you'll face deductions from salary, yes you can apply SL but they have vpa ratings. Bad behaviour of managers as well as team leader. Managers behaviour is totally bad. Managers talking to their employees in very bad language. And they only promoting those people who are in their good books. Terrible experience

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

There's nothing to like partiality is there.It depends on the TLs as well some of the TLs will take you the good position whereas some can never do that even if you are doing well and hardworking.

Partiality is there , politics is going on there.Even if you are capable of doing so much you can't expect a growth their.Those who are not even able to communicate properly will.gt promoted and some of the honesty agents will remain at same position.

It's like a Jail. Breaks not allowed. Breaks are freezed. Not allowed to go out of the office after 9 without permission and if there is no one for permission, you will have to be there till morning. even if the shift is over. In the name of cost cutting and for getting the cost cutting incentive or bonus the managers from top to bottom will provide 6 people in the place of 10 people. All 6 people must work hard. Night day anytime they will expect you to support and invariably you will extend. Work culture is bad. Management is bad

Bus facility on Sunday at least from Loma TI gate to our company because 15 to 20 mins we have to walk, and I am giving this reason because on Sunday, who are stay fare already, they are handling train issue, bus issue, and even auto issue also after handling this we have to walk again is to irritate, so please request arranging from them cab or bus on weekends.

Guys, Please note if you are joining clarify the worse VPA scheme bcoz you will not receive your said in hand salary at the time of interview or salary negotiations. Always ask your in hand salary in VPA 2 Rating bocoz that’s what you will get if the said in hand salary is in VPA 3 kindly get it changed before accepting the offer. Work life balance is good. Hike was decent. I joined a fresher in 2021 with 3 Lpa, after 2 yrs, with 2 hike n 1 promotion, my CTC is 5.7 Lpa

no job security all. In bench they will ask you to fake your Cv with client requirements, and will force you to attend interview, even if you don't have that skill sets. If you unable to clear any interview after 3 chances, they will ask you to put the paper.

I don't like the behavior of my quality and TL they both can't even have a manars like how to talk with the agents. The reason I left my job is the quality and the TL. Even because of this both guys I feel pressurised otherwise hexaware is good placed to work.
