First I have to tell about HR management. I had worst work experience in that department. Because HR department not evenly following HR rules for employees. This is the major problem. If we joining or releaving from the office means they didn't tell correct procedure. Procedure has changed from one person to another person. HR supported people only got good increments and promotions. In appraisal meeting they didn't see the people output they expected other unwanted work. They asking unwanted questions. I had one bad experience. HR assistant manager Mr.muthiah expected people only go and ask needs directly to him. If we go through department heads means he scold the people. For fresher this is not right place to learn. I don't know other department. But in qc freshers will get bad learning experience. It affects their carrer growth. HR department working very worst.
