Dislikes can be many in number 1.) Mrs. Munjal interference in admin Dept 👎 2.) Nobody works within policies. 3.) No system . 4.) No work life balance. 5.) Management does not understand there staff needs. 6.) Management only put their words in front. 7.) They treat there employees like their servants. They always compare their office Admin team with their home staff like - Cook or servant. 8.) Work culture is pathetic. Mostly because of HR. Head of HR is spineless person who can't support any employee. He doesn't know the name of the employees on the floor.

Dislikes

Promoters are very demanding. They mix there office and home work together. But that is not an issue. Most of the employees are insecure and they start pulling your leg when they will see you are doing the good job. They make sure that you must fail in the eyes of Promoters.

If you are in admin than you cant even take planned leaves. Other employees will make sure that they will spoil it.
