Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential customers, dealerships, and fleet operators.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for electric 3-wheelers.
  2. Liaisoning with Fleet Operators:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, understanding their operational needs and offering tailored solutions.
    • Develop strategic partnerships with fleet businesses to promote bulk sales and long-term contracts.
    • Provide ongoing support to fleet operators for efficient fleet management and scaling their operations with E3Ws.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Address customer queries and provide pre- and post-sales support.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Provide feedback on product improvements based on customer and market insights.
  5. Product Promotion and Awareness:
    • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, dealers, and fleet operators.
    • Organize and participate in promotional activities, events, and roadshows to increase product visibility.
  6. Coordination and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, service, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery and customer experience.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the sales manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in 4-6 years in sales, preferably in the automotive, EV, or logistics industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with fleet operators or logistics companies is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Familiarity with electric vehicles and an understanding of the E3W market is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
