Very unstable working culture. No proper working policies for Market as well as for employees. Payout is very-very low according to workload and sales pressure. No on the job training. HR dept. is just like puppet. No support from Senior management, they will treat you like a slave. Specially your reporting manager. Very unprofessional person I have ever seen in my career. Nothing to like.. Even they are fraud. Unnecessary salary deduction. Our salary is 15000 inhand but recive 10000/- only. This is my opinion for everyone don't go in Hero Cycle.

1) No salary slip, no banifits no respond from HR or your management. Every body fraud. 2) Issue in onus which is not receive last year and current after fulland final they told me you give us 14000/-.
