Mechanical Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and improvement of all machinery and equipment within the organization. The role requires ensuring that all assets are operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Planning & Execution:
  
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Plan and execute routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, calibration, and adjustments.
• Coordinate repair work and ensure machinery downtime is minimized.
• Repairs & Troubleshooting:
  
• Quickly respond to breakdowns or failures, identifying issues and repairing them efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
• Equipment Monitoring & Upgrades:
  
• Monitor the performance of machinery and systems and recommend improvements or replacements where necessary.
• Implement upgrades and modifications to enhance performance, energy efficiency, or safety standards.
• Safety Compliance:
  
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure all repairs and maintenance are carried out safely.
