I have been working in this company since past 14 months. If you are in some framework team, then mostly there will be only support work. If you find a good team which is working on core algorithms of map making, then it's a great learning curve. They use latest tech-stack in most of the projects. Leaves are never declined by most managers.
Some seniors are not supportive, they don't want to share their knowledge with newcomers since it will demote their position. No initiative taken for employee's growth. Unpredictable hike.
