The companyis open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I have the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result. i get to travel all over India. but on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. And we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, the work pressure ia vary high, Sometimes, I have tp work 14 - 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is way i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution like cycle as well as manager day to day yield operations. I keep an 18 month rolling demand calendar reagy, hoping that someday.

If you come here in inventory specially Site lead then it might be a worse nightmare. They are using 20 years old Oracle. You can not change anything here. You have to maintain your Oracle and contract manufacturer ERP. Both books must be equal. If your contract manufacturer is good then there is no problem otherwise you will always struggle.
