Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization and communication? Join us as an Event Process & Administration Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring seamless event execution!


About the Role:
As the Event Process & Administration Supervisor, youll handle administrative tasks, manage budgets, process invoices, and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams like finance and GSS, you’ll help streamline processes and maintain compliance. Your role will also involve supporting event operations to deliver outstanding experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Create and maintain event budgets, track invoices, and manage financial processes using tools like Oracle ERP and DMS.
  • Source, onboard, and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Develop and streamline workflows to optimize event processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide hands-on support during events, coordinating logistics and troubleshooting challenges.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to prepare reports on budgets and process efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4-7 years of experience in administration, process management, or event coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, invoicing tools, and Oracle ERP systems.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player who can also work independently when needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Finance, or a related field.
