Management is completely unapproachable. It feels like talking to a wall when raising concerns.

There’s no teamwork or collaboration. Everyone is left to struggle on their own. The promotion process is unfair and lacks transparency; it’s all about who you know. The lack of transparency is alarming. You never know what to expect from management. Ameen’s lack of professionalism was shocking. I won’t work with them again.

I can’t recall a single week where my schedule didn’t change. You’re treated as an expendable asset, not a valued employee.

Management plays favorites and ignores hard work from loyal employees. There’s no room for growth here if you’re over 30. Once you hit that age, you become invisible.

Very poor leadership; decisions are made with no input from employees. The lacks transparency; decisions are made behind closed doors without input from employees. Lack of diversity leads to a stale work environment.

Don’t even think about joining as an ASE. The team leads take credit for your work and leave you in the dust. It feels like a toxic environment. Managers encourage competition over collaboration, creating a cutthroat atmosphere. Management is reactive rather than proactive; it’s frustrating. Management’s lack of communication is frustrating. We’re kept in the dark about important decisions.
