I had one of the worst experience working at Accenture for whole four years and the management made to quit the organization forcefully which can be regarded directly or indirectly.
Please don ever join one of the worst management Not company is good or bad, it's all about the management and Team Lead with whom you are working, if your management &TL is good then u feel company is good. I had worst experience in with respect to work life balance. No trainings, management wants us to keep working and they don’t give breathing time to attend training. I have worked across multiple towers and multiple projects with different manager; they have same work culture pressuring and putting resources in a situationwhere they have to work extra. Even if you voice it out, no body cares and keep giving lame excuses. Overall poor salary as compared to work you will have to do. Sahil Sood won't let me quit and buy out, even though it's against the policy. Verizon Gurugram management is so poisonous that you have to beg them to let you go. Sahil Sood should not operate a microbusiness, but he runs a telecom powerhouse. There's a lot of prejudice going on here. Employee health concerns are ignored and used as an excuse to skip work. They ignore medical verification with prescriptions, especially for freshers.Only my health difficulties forced me to retire due to prejudice. Workplace culture stinks. No respect for personal time; I often have to work late without pay. Contractors are expected to work twice as hard as full-time employees, yet receive no compensation during client holidays.
It's shocking how out of touch the leadership is with the realities of working remotely. The workload is unmanageable, and there's no help in sight. Work-life balance? What a joke.
