The overall morale is low; everyone is unhappy and just counting the days until they can leave. Many employees are unhappy but feel trapped. Morale is extremely low.

The work-life balance is a joke; they call it commitment. Management seems oblivious to the challenges employees face on a daily basis. Job security is a myth here. Layoffs happen without warning, leaving everyone on edge. Promotions are handed out based on favoritism, not merit. You’ll never be recognized for your hard work.

My overall experience here has been disappointing. It’s a place where talent goes to die. This company doesn’t value its employees. The pay is low, and the work environment is toxic. I felt isolated and unsupported during my time here. There was no team spirit at all. The office culture is toxic; gossip and backstabbing are the norms. It’s hard to feel motivated in such an environment.

I really got the best coaching and the best of tutors from Henry Harvin for the medical writing course. The fee for this course is 15,000 which is higher than I expected but it is still worth it.
