Job security is a myth here; one day you’re hired, the next you’re out the door.

Dislikes

The emphasis on long hours is detrimental to employee morale. Everyone is overworked and underappreciated. Pay is abysmally low for the workload. Promotions are nonexistent. It feels like a dead-end job. A focus on appearances over actual work quality.
