Supervisors frequently display favoritism, creating a toxic work environment. If you have a concern, good luck getting anyone to listen. The company often makes promises about growth and development that are never delivered. It took weeks to hear back after my interview; incredibly frustrating. It’s frustrating to work in a place where your input is never valued or considered.
