I’ve never felt so undervalued; my contributions were always overlooked. They throw you into the deep end without adequate preparation. You’ll be left hanging for your paycheck, and nobody will answer your calls. The pressure is constant, leading to burnout among employees. There’s no innovation here. The company is stuck in the past.
