Save yourself the frustration. This company is not worth your time or talent.
Employees are underpaid, and required certifications prioritize the firm’s interests over personal development. Training is frequent yet lacks substance, and politics run rampant.
There’s little to no support for career growth unless you play the game.
I applied and was hopeful, but the recruitment felt like a charade. It’s clear they had someone in mind already.
