This company has poor leadership that lacks vision and direction. It’s a sinking ship.

If you are A fresher or experienced and is looking to pe the part of sales team you should join the Day shift not the US shift as you will meet with defferent personalities and can have a chance to learn more about tactics of sales Otherwise you will only ruine your future.

Till the moment you perform good will continue be the part of the company otherwise you will be put on PIP for a certain period and And your 50% salary will also be put on Hold until you crack a sale ....

High employee turnover is a sign of deep-rooted issues within the company. The workload is unrealistic, and support is non-existent. I don’t recommend it. I felt like a square peg in a round hole with the projects I was assigned. I dread coming to work every day; it’s draining. The environment is suffocating, filled with constant pressure and anxiety.
