The favoritism is blatant, and it creates a hostile environment where hard work goes unnoticed. The benefits package is subpar, and it feels like management doesn’t care about our needs.
Female employees are treated unfairly. Complaining only leads to more problems, not solutions. There’s a pervasive culture of misogyny that makes it uncomfortable for women to voice their concerns. The office culture is toxic, and it’s hard to stay positive in such a negative environment. Honestly, it's not worth the stress and frustration.

High employee turnover is a sign of deep-rooted issues within the company. The workload is unrealistic, and support is non-existent. I don’t recommend it. No respect for personal time; I often have to work late without pay. Contractors are expected to work twice as hard as full-time employees, yet receive no compensation during client holidays.
It's shocking how out of touch the leadership is with the realities of working remotely. The workload is unmanageable, and there's no help in sight. Work-life balance? What a joke.
