We spend so much time on bureaucracy that there’s little left for innovation or creativity.

Dislikes

I regret ever joining. It’s like being part of a factory that churns out frustration. It's hard to feel motivated when hard work is overlooked consistently. Working here was a disaster. My manager made a fool of himself at a client event. They hire contractors but offer zero benefits or job security. The culture here stifles creativity. Any new ideas are quickly shut down by insecure managers.

Freshers are thrown into chaotic projects with no guidance. It's overwhelming and stressful.

Dislikes

The atmosphere is draining; people are constantly stressed and unhappy. Work is never acknowledged or appreciated. Raises are non-existent despite long hours. Every time I reach out for help, I receive vague responses that lead to more confusion.

The atmosphere is filled with negativity and gossip. The employees seem to have no training in customer service. It’s a frustrating experience all around.

Work hours stretch late into the night; no work-life balance at all. I had high hopes, but the service was dreadful. The employees need to learn how to treat customers. The management team is out of touch with reality, focusing on their own agendas instead of employee needs.

Recruitment feels like a trap; you get hired, then they leave you hanging with no projects.

Dislikes

Workplace politics overshadow any actual teamwork. The managers are unapproachable and quick to insult. It’s demoralizing to work under such conditions. There’s a lack of transparency that breeds distrust among employees. Employees are not valued, and there are no work rewards for those who go above and beyond.

If you're a beginner, forget it—there's no support or guidance here. Discrimination is tolerated; it’s a very hostile environment.

You can’t rely on this company for job stability. They’ll terminate you without a second thought. Job descriptions are vague, leading to overlapping responsibilities and confusion about who does what.
