The atmosphere is filled with negativity and gossip. The employees seem to have no training in customer service. It’s a frustrating experience all around.

Work hours stretch late into the night; no work-life balance at all. I had high hopes, but the service was dreadful. The employees need to learn how to treat customers. The management team is out of touch with reality, focusing on their own agendas instead of employee needs.

Recruitment feels like a trap; you get hired, then they leave you hanging with no projects.

Workplace politics overshadow any actual teamwork. The managers are unapproachable and quick to insult. It’s demoralizing to work under such conditions. There’s a lack of transparency that breeds distrust among employees. Employees are not valued, and there are no work rewards for those who go above and beyond.

You can’t rely on this company for job stability. They’ll terminate you without a second thought. Job descriptions are vague, leading to overlapping responsibilities and confusion about who does what.

The environment is toxic. Instead of teamwork, I experienced constant competition and backstabbing. I applied with high hopes, only to feel let down by a process that clearly favors insiders.

The company has a serious issue with retaining talent due to poor management practices and lack of appreciation. There’s a constant threat of job loss; it’s incredibly stressful.

Communication is a major issue—no one seems to be on the same page. Even with little work, the pressure is immense. It’s an unhealthy way to operate.

The culture is all about favoritism. Hard work isn’t recognized, only who you know. They don’t provide adequate training or resources for success. The constant negativity in the office was draining. I looked forward to leaving every day.
