I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. The only thing I like abt HEMA Engg is there is lot of scope to learn.

Huge Politics in the upper management level, which is spoiling the company to the core. No proper hierarchy. Mgmt doesn't have a review system. Salaries not upto the market level and no proper appraisal system. Every year only during appraisal company will go in loss and there will be no money for the employees. No Canteen, No Job Security, No Transportation facility.
