Likes

Organization is good for working with Elders issue but in Telangana State Andhra peoples are dominating. Programs head is not well because of no one proper guidelines following under implementation of project. Review meetings never end in the day and against of employer act.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
