Working culture is not up to the mark & management is not so supportive but as a trainee I have learned so many things for working in PSU in personnel department. Dislikes

Not good for enthusiastic persons or whom who will grow his/her career. Salary disbursement is too late even it takes 3 to 4 months. A quality of work life, social & reputed life is not attainable here.

Work culture is good.. Can learn many things as it is government sector.. Good for HR personnel as it is industrial sector.

Dislikes

Company is in heavy loss since past 4-5 years. Salary is always pending for 4 months and when they give salary it is only of 1 month or half month.. Very pathetic situation with respect to financial terms.
