There is no training provided. You have to learn at work place only. Internal politics is alott.. but you get to learn alot here.

Dislikes

Teammates are good. There is no work-life balance as you may have to roam site to site. You have to look after every thing. If you are working people will leave the whole load on you.

Location is best. Wirj culture is not good. Senior people are not working there except. CMD and director. Salary not paid monthly. Due for more than 3 months. No training. No professional attitude of employees. Not suitable for honest employees.

No systematic work. Even your PF can be calculated wrongly when u leave from that company. Few people really work. 80 %dont work according to their salary and designation.

A large section of subordinates are motivated for work.Only proper guidance from superiors in some areas are lacking.In house training facilities as well as training arrangement by hiring outside experts are in existence for new comers as well as for junior level.Since it is a govt company job is well secured unless the person concerned is convicted of involving any malafide activities.By virtue of promotion policy of the company and below the General Manager level the suitable person will be promoted in every four years and the suitability is judged by yearly confidential report prepared by the respective Departmental Head . .For marketing people and for Directors/CMD/senior officers official tours are arranged in most limited way and in very special and urgent cases. only on need basis. it is a fact that this is a good place for learning and self improvement The work environment will give opportunity for shouldering higher responsibilities and for acquiring knowledge in various fields for commanding over the job. which is rarely available in other organisations.As a result people tend to innovate the different mode of work which is more beneficial to the company with respect to cost cutting,speedy completion of work, shortest and simplification of work etc....Read More

salary pattern and mean minded politics as prevailed in the company are not liked by me.Even the company is a PSU it"s pay structure is far below than other similar PSU and is not compatible with the work and responsibility held. Some section of week,devil and worthless people tend to propagate bad name against some really devoted and dedicated people for turnishing their good image when their self interest is affected.Moreover the culture for praising good work is absent in the company.At present the company is suffering from having good number of qualitative and knowledgeable people....Read More

I always took the higher responsibilties and worked as chief of finance being senior DY General Manager (FIN)When i was General Manager (FIN) I used to exercise my powers as GGM(fin). Even after my retirement I worked in HEC as advisor (fin) to CMD.
