All team members of IT department had left when I joined. And the management simply lied to me about the team. and the terrible thing is that they were unable to pay the salary on time. Basically there was no happiness during my work period. Yes, the co-workers were really good and very cooperative with management, but the management people are like to stay in another world.

There is no job security, they are unable to pay on time. Just give your 100% to the company, don't expect anything in return.
