Too much favoritism from. upper management now work politics no moral values every year at time of increments management declares organization is having losses and they need understanding and support however few month later in town hall CEO gives a pitch organization is on right path and we are making huge profits. Organization has policy for increment in which they give budget to HOD to decide and distribute the increments however most of the Manager and team lead are HSC or just graduates who keep them self big share of the increment budget and gives less increments to team giving the same reasons company is facing loses....Read More

The favouritism of senior managers exist widely here, people who do not indulge much with bosses are outcasted and if they do not like you they will start giving you a silent treatment of firing. The job stability is in risk highly, people are laid off in any given time.
