Too much favoritism from. upper management now work politics no moral values every year at time of increments management declares organization is having losses and they need understanding and support however few month later in town hall CEO gives a pitch organization is on right path and we are making huge profits. The favouritism of senior managers exist widely here, people who do not indulge much with bosses are outcasted and if they do not like you they will start giving you a silent treatment of firing. The job stability is in risk highly, people are laid off in any given time.
