The overall work life balance, that will make you sluggish and lazy in long term.

They are third party vendor to consulting firms. So work exposure is mostly support role. There is lack of vision at leadership level , lack of good projects is over compensated by college kind of bootcamps/ trainings by moderately skilled. people. Favouritism is favoured, people part of inner circle are excused of all kinds of mistakes. The thinking is small of seniors. Majorly focussed on cutting corners, relationship status of employees etc. The promotions are also done keeping in mind favouritism.
