Only one thing which is company is near by vidyavihar station mumbai.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary was not decent, No career growth. They won't gave bonus. I worked last 2 years and I wouldn't get increments. They don't gave you your pending leaves. If you taken leave then salary will be deducted. I had terrible experience in healthindia insurance tpa.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

The only bad thing there is Reporting Manager is outstation to Kolhapur and he wants to control whole Nagpur Branch from there itself. Another thing is that he is of very Raw Ear and his decision making solely depends upon what he hears from his special associates in the office, Who embellishes him with different stories.

Dislikes

Embellishment of Reporting Manager by special associates and Raw year of Reporting Manager.And inefficient to handle because of distant management which led to lot of horrible problem for employees.
