Job culture is ok .work culture needs to be improved.and company policies are not up to the mark .

Dislikes

Only login time if perfect in this organization and rest no logout while you work from office even if you work from home then you have to seat til 12 AM midnight to completion of your work.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
