Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, we take every comment seriously to make internal changes to improve. I am sorry that your time at Healofy wasn’t ideal. Healofy is working on a mission to solve the most crucial aspect of motherhood & that defines the company's values, its objectives and its approach to reach those objectives. When we say a company is working on a mission, we have to assume that each & every person connected to the company is also contributing towards the same & that means a whole lot of dedication & hard work. We are specific about our work timelines because that is what defines our mission. Healofy is in a growing phase, we are striving hard to make our Indian Moms’ happy & employees’ overjoyed with a sense of satisfaction & achievement. Having said that, we are working hard to alleviate the stresses of workload and deadlines by implementing alternate Saturdays’ off and by understanding our employees’ issues. We’ve been implementing policies & work routine to cater the needs of our employees’ with utmost love & care. Now coming back to your review, there are a few misleading things mentioned in terms of company’s culture which should be addressed. For us, it’s about making an impact in the lives of our valuable Indian Moms’ & when a company is focused on a mission that means we are very stringent & particular about our quality of work. It can be easily understood why you’re coming with a negative mindset towards company’s culture & management especially because as per my understanding I know to whom I’m addressing this to & on the basis of our previous conversations, what happened in your case was purely based out of your poor performance & lack of sincerity towards your work. Along with that, there were disciplinary issues from your end. We’ve always believed in giving people second chance, In your case we did the same when we put you on PIP but there were still no improvements. Raising your voice against wrong is purely justified but posting false information & misleading statements that too on a platform where people seek fair reviews about the company is definitely a blunder to do. That’s why I’d humbly request you to acknowledge mistakes that happened on your account as we’re doing in our case. We wish you all the best in your career.
