Top management plays blame game. There is nothing positive about this company. The leadership promote toxic culture there is no work life balance. They have taken away my job from me even after working so hard and dedicating my whole day to it and their reason was that due to the ongoing pandemic they have randomly selected and fired people. Therefore they were not supportive, insted took away my job to which I depended.

Their reason for firing me was that it was a random selection. The senior employees are not supportive and encouraging. They fix a goal and even after compleating it they expect more and more. They have employeed their family members into the company with whom they are partial and a lot politics is there in the team. They cannot tolerate people who defend themselves for what is not their fault and want employees who silently listen to their baseless alligations and still be sorry about it....Read More

It is continuous and repetitive. Nothing new comes on the way. Things even get embarassing sometimes though they are dealt with by the seniors. There was no formal training session so they must be generous enough to understand the employees.
