Worst Experience I have shared never join this Organization unless if you want to exploit your career. They never pay for those days which you work for them. I Mistakenly joined this organization but due to toxic work culture & poor health due to Night shift. I decided to left & even inform to HR but they not Paid my Earned wages of22 Days. Colleagues are very friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

Company’s macro management is not good. Salaries are not credited on time. There is no one to take responsibility of the leaves balances. Even if you have balance with you they can deduct it from your salary and you need to raise multiple concerns in order to get it resolved.

There is some transportation issues which can be improved like can routes and cab drivers. Cab security is must when you are working in night shift so there must be some security assurance.

A very good company to work for. the most interesting thing is that the management is very supportive, which helps team work well together. The work environment is positive and the offer good hike if you're in talent acquisition. It's a great place where you can start your carrier and grow in positive way.
