There is no Working hours limitations..there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but Carrer growth is slow.

I didn't like anything Abt this company. I joined this organization thinking that I would learn new things over there. But I guess for them deputy channel training manager is a kind of secretary whose job is to please branch manager. And the mentality of their staff is Soo narrow, like if a girl is Talking to a guy,they will connectthem in any other way. More over there is no work culture, everyone is doing what they wanna do. They will not gonna provide u any training for which profile they have kept you. And if you are good in back bitching and "Chamchagiri" then might be you"ll get promotion....Read More

I hardly like anything about this company. There is no strategy. They don't have any plans to work. Even they are not standing on their own words. One day they will ask you for something and very next day they will deny for that. And yes the sales people misguide customer and give misleading information to customer to sells their policy. Most of them are fake. Even they promise you if you"ll take their policy for 3-4 lacs, they will help you to install Reliance tower at your land....Read More
