This is my first corporate job in HDFC, and I'm still working, everything is good.

I'm working in this company from last 4 years, still I'm struggling to get on payroll, in pemdamic employees who are on company payroll get their bonus on time (April) and we still don't know anything about ours. at the end we come to know that company is in loss so third party payrollemployees can't get bonus as well as increment this year. which is something I did not expected. Payroll employees got their bonus but at our time it's in loss, that's Sad....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
