Only their HR. HR are supportive and strong. Upper level managements are very genuine and honest. They support the right person always.

Dislikes

Everything. The bosses of verticals r horrible. Oiling culture has been started and mental harrassment is fully now. Employee retention ratio would be affected very soon. And where company is offering leaves, but bosses don't approve leaves most of the times. As a whole for these types of human beings good employees r not been interested to continue with. There everything is load of partiality and full of unfair action by lower level management. Nothing is transparent....Read More

Private job has no job security, work culture is pathetic, Management are new and they give only targets, without any solutions how to achieve it, Company policies are really good but Management do not allows to implement the same

Management is new and have no experience in General Insurance. We are from sales background but here we have to meet our sales target and as well as the claims and the service part, where things are not stream lined.

Work Details

Average- Looking after Assam, North Kolkata and South Kolkata. And I do stay at Kolkata. Traveling is whole.
