They said office time 9.30 am but after joining ask to come 8.00 am strictly and some TL treat u like a trash don't join there waste of time and they never allow you to relieve they only decide when you relive

"I had a very negative experience with HDB Financial Services Ltd. In 2019, I was placed in a role that was falsely advertised as non-voice, but turned out to be a call center position with a low salary of 9k. Due to a medical emergency (yellow fever), I had to take medical leave and was unable to fulfill my notice period. Now, years later, I am seeking an experience letter from HDB for a current job application. However, the HR department is refusing to issue it, despite my requests and offers to compensate for the missed notice period. The HR representative was extremely unhelpful and dismissive, stating that there is no policy in place to accommodate my situation.
