"I had a very negative experience with HDB Financial Services Ltd. In 2019, I was placed in a role that was falsely advertised as non-voice, but turned out to be a call center position with a low salary of 9k. Due to a medical emergency (yellow fever), I had to take medical leave and was unable to fulfill my notice period. Now, years later, I am seeking an experience letter from HDB for a current job application. However, the HR department is refusing to issue it, despite my requests and offers to compensate for the missed notice period. The HR representative was extremely unhelpful and dismissive, stating that there is no policy in place to accommodate my situation. too much pressure and also have to work like 10 hrs in monthends.... i hate to go late to office and i have never gone late once, one day my bike tyre got puncture and i was humiliated so badly and i hated it. they could have warned me but they didn't (all depends on TL .my TL is the worst). you would be lucky if you get a good TL.
