No work culate and work life balance , every last sunday is working day , even call you at holidays , and week off saturdays. In kolkata cluster on lending dept , cluster manager become proprietor of HDB, it's no longer a corporate sector. HR don't have any policy, your reporting officer is your Hr, HR dept is a toys for cluster head.
