My senior office is very good man

Good for family less people They do not provide employees proper training, you have to learn all to yourself, if you get some misstake then miss language welcome you. Approved customers loan and you have to recover 1-12 mas. Work circles 75 but you have to work all area like 100 - 110km after Documentation submit file to branch andthen do all SM just order pass practically nothing. Customer missed EMI responsibility also your. Recovery team just through there dialogue to you. Third class employees policy. TA only for SM. Not for SO/SSO No TA No Medical insurance. If you accident then finish no fund for your family. Petrol cost from employees pocket. 13500 salary include pf esic in hand cut 11000 but after end of month only 5 to 6k in your hand. But if you posting home location remember system branch not your home location. If you stay rented for job ..... then end of the month 1k in your hand. Company policy good for Customers not for employees. Seniors are there individually customers, your sm or bm only provide you negative case which is kill your whole year. Please don't spoil your carrier and life if you want to be a self independent person. Because over there only tatebaj people can be survive. Not only at lower level even in higher level people are very much tatebaj.

I totally dislike Hdb they distroy my Carrier. Senior bahut hi jyada dominate karna chahtey hai.
