I was liked the hdb is good company and always support to all the employee at the time of covid i was part of hdb team and i was getting every month my complete salary without any query hence i am happy to work with hdb financial services.

I was dislikes that i was part of hdb team almost 5+ years. in this five years always i am getting no 1 rating but the bad part of i was not upgrade my self my designation my skill no buddy guide me regarding my carrier growth and all sr. U can start ur career with this organisation …teammates are good and supportive. Company policies are good . Appraisals are fair and give salary hike and best part is incentive are best ..u can earn good amt from this organisation. Bt in the terms of growth is Very poor
