Salary increments are very low, promotions there are in many cases biased and low in numbers. Work satisfaction is on below average level due to unrealistic incentive slab make earning good money very difficult. If you are 2-3 yrs of experience person don't come here. Thy get a resignation letter forcely and without giving any update they removed from organisation. I am wasted my 1 month because of this . I am spent my 23 months in this organisation and they do this type of behavior .
