Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.

Company culture is better compared to other NBFC. HR team is small but still they have a strong HR policy. Work life balance can be maintained here. Company provides enough time to the under performers to start performing. You can say Job security is there
